Think I've been scammed by Alldaychemist payment system

I ordered tret off alldaychemist 2 days ago and received an email from howtopay for payment (ADC use this for some reason)

I paid this 2 days ago to this bank and it hasn't updated on my howtopay account, and I received another email today telling me to pay. But the money has been taken out of my bank balance and has been sent to this howtopay account
