for the last few days i decided to up the dose to 20 IUs for sno reason at all, yet i still feel no sides at fucking all

Mine is real and i never got these effects peopel talked about. Better sleep on higher IU’s but like nothing life changing at all

at 20 IUs i was at least expecting some form of tingling in my hands, but yea i experience improved sleep of course, better recovery and even more water retention
