it's definitely possible but you are an actual adult at this point and all the schooling for becoming a plastic surgeon means you would be ABLE to work as one at like 40 years old. But then there's not even a guarantee you get a job

but let's say you DO get a job. you're still beginning your career at 40 years old...absolutely brutal. and with all the 15 years of schooling you would need a very solid amount of money to sustain your life and your school..
