I’m thinking about doing a one-week starvemax / water fast just to see what happens. I’m already pretty lean, so this isn’t really about losing a huge amount of weight. I’m mostly curious about the experience and whether it would make me look any leaner or sharper. Has anyone here done something similar?

I’m trying to figure out what the real pros and cons are. Some people say you get very lean looking for a bit, others say you just end up looking flat and losing muscle. Since I’m already lean I’m not sure if it would even do much or if my body would mostly start burning muscle.

I’m also wondering about supplements during it. A lot of people recommend electrolytes, but I honestly don’t want to add salt for electrolytes because it tends to make me look bloated and that kind of defeats the point for me.

So I’m mainly interested in real experiences. How did you feel during it, how did you look, and was it actually worth it? Or would it make more sense to just lower calories instead of doing a full week with no food?

Not worth it, can't even imagine it, 1 day is like good 2500lkcal shed to don't push yourself in clav's way (he just use supressants/speed to achieve this without even discomfort jfl

fasting is basically statvemaxxing. I wouldn't recommend it for you. just lower calories and supress hunger with diet soda and chewing gum.

Do you think it's natural for humans in nature to starve themselves for multiple days and cause extreme stress to the body?

Your body will go into survival mode and your muscles will slowly breakdown, your testosterone and other hormones will be nuked. If you are trying to water fast you are essentially just a slave loser following an idea

Nigga you are a slave humans in nature didnt eat for days the body is adapted to it they often also only ate 1 meal a day and it was enought

You cannot adapt to cellular stress, you will pay for it with your lifespan.

Do you seriously think humans voluntarily didn't eat for days? How can you be so stupid. This would only happen if they were not able to hunt anything and there was no food, which they wouldn't want to voluntarily stress their body and feel weak, because when you are weak you have no energy to hunt again.

You are simply a brainwashed loser slave and would die very fast in nature

Do you think primal humans voluntarily didn't eat and enjoyed starving themselves? No animal in nature voluntarily starves themselves to see "benefits". You will simply reduce your lifespan more than you already are right now as a slave who follows religious beliefs to improve because you lost your purpose in life
