i will pay you if you tell me what surgeries i can do to achieve HTN or even Chadlite face; i know the basics, as ive been here a lot in the past 10 months , and have some ideas but im not a full blown autist with lookism (yet) and also im afraid that a lot of surgereis that im thinking of will mess up my harmony, and i think HARMONY is severely underrated here; this is exactly why the term "unconventionally handsome" exists imo
also i need US surgeons only even if they're expensive; i definitely need to be educated a little bit though, as surgeries are not like eating or pissing, something you easily do
