Looks like an overgrown muscle.

There is a muscle on the chin to hold the lower lip. It seems massively hypertrophied
i dont think its soft tissue related i am just recessed

maybe but it got really highlighted with the implants imho
spot on, adding implant material to my upper midface made my lack of forward growth in the lower even more apparent, i still look better overall do but i think further work has to be done

Im pretty sure your overgrown chin is muscle related. The chin bone doesn’t bulge like that.

It would also explain why your maxilla is behind as the muscle forces the lower lip against the upper teeth. Resulting in limited growth of the maxilla

i want to be perfectly content with what i see in the mirror and be GL from any angle in any candid under any lighting circumstances

i am not at this point rn, ion give a shit about "muh slaying" i want to be effortlessly, strikingly good looking, this requires further surgery

have an appointment with a maxfac doctor

1 hour of appointment with him or her are most valuable than one year of discussing maxfac surgery with austistic PSL users

Isn't it considered a bad idea to get infra implants before bimax?

maybe but i wanted a quick fix for my eye area now, bimax is more costly and has a more brutal recovery

yeah you definitely need one especially since you made your undereyes more forward grown so the rest is even more lagged behind. thats probably the only think you need though

eh its probably fine realistically since its not like one directly affects the other

yes because you have old man mouth now nasiolabal folds

bimax ascend

need to work on facial expression too

There is a muscle on the chin to hold the lower lip. It seems massively hypertrophied
Is this why underbitecels often have long chins?
I assumed that the pressure on the bite during puberty caused more bone to grow towards the chin than the rest of the mandible but the idea that it is hypertrophied muscle causing the appearance also makes sense
On my CT scan the bone in my chin doesn't look excessive to my untrained eye but there's a huge amount of soft tissue there

You need to softmaxx first

You should be fine

Well I can’t speak for everyone. I have class 2 deep bite with a short face syndrom. My doc told me it’s due to my overly strong muscle there. It forces the lower lip upwards which again limits the upper teeth’s forward growth which in return limits the mandible growth.

What were the implants you got? Infraorvital?
