Thinking about getting lefort surgery

So i am not talking about right now but in the near future so would lefort 1 actually visually help me and aould it be worth getting it in the mean time i want any method i can try to cope i wanna have lefort as my last measure and would it ascend me to mhtn-hhtn or i am asking for too much?

if youre an adult but still young and need lefort (or any other surgery for that matter), dont kick it down the road. you'll waste your best years with cope and will regret it, and yeah i said cope because surgery is the only way to ascend, everything else is cope

My Bad I though u were talking about lefort in generall so I implied u meant 2,3
Because I think its only been done once for cosmetic purposes

no but i am positive lefort isn't considered plastic surgery and i am really insecure about my nose and chin if one simple operation could fix my biggest insecurities it would be worth it
