It really is getting frustrating with acne. It only keeps getting worse and worse. At times when it clears up a bit I feel confident then it comes back.

Is it really puberty or just my diet ???

I truly don’t eat nothing crazy ? My mom keeps telling me it’s because of my milk consumption. I never believe her but maybe she’s right. I’ve tried no milk and I usually don’t get any results.

Could anyone tell me what else I could try for acne or should I just invest in tret ???
