Thinking about increasing the time I spend gymmaxxing

Currently spending one hour at the gym, 5 times per week, fully natty

Thinking of increasing that time to 2 hours, 5 times per week, by taking creatine to help my performance

Any more tips to heavily gymmax? (Aside from shit like roids, cause I don't wanna look like a bloated freak)

Tbh 1 hour is enough to make crazy gains. Some lanket at the gym told me works out for 3 hours jfl he's built like a stick

Any more and you might diminish gains, your body does need time to recover. 10 hours of gym a weak will do you no good as a natty

You shouldn't make more than 3-4 trainings/week 1-1.5 hours each. Exercising more doesn't mean you get more gains. With this approach, you only get problems. The body needs time to recover.

I'm a narcy, do whatever is necessary to achieve my goals

As a kid had the highest grades, because I thought that was necessary to be rich and gain power

Nowadays I study engineering, and, acknowledging how looks are also important to achieve my goals, I will do whatever it takes to get to my fullest capacity lookswise

The problem is that i still live with my parents, almost begging my mom to let me do KETO but she wants me to eat in the breakfast, lunch, in the afternoon and dinner, with the amount of carbs I consume that completely fucks up my gains... my parents are strict af with literally everything, when they are not watching over me I secretly skip food time, when I graduate gonna try getting a house ASAP so that I can focus on my gains and shit while still on my prime

It's not that simple. Working out more hours will get you bigger muscle size by increasing the volume of lifts, but you need to make sure you are not going to close to failure, as well as not going too light. Think around 4 reps from complete failure.

If you take sets to failure with each of your lifts you can't workout very much without over training and loosing muscle.

For exactly how hard to push, push yourself hard, don't go to complete failure most of the time, and listen to your body doing what feels good and feels like it's increasing your testosterone over time, is the best I've managed to figure out. Over training feels like a reduction of testosterone.

Also use the extra time in the gym to recover better as well between sets. Your test levels will be increasing for a while, as well as other biological processes and you'll feel it, when you're fully ready for another set.

For it to work you got to snort the creatine, else it gets destroyed by the gastric acids, or inject it. I don't do needles though, that's why i snort it.
