thinking about losing my family makes me suicidal

i know itll happen one day and i dont think i can continue living if i lose my parents or siblings. how do i overcome this if im not necessarily religious

you can die younger, like not crazy younger but they'll be like 90 and you'll be 60 smth. still a good, fairly long life...

my biggest fear is car crashes, abrupt medical issues, cancer etc. you never know when it could happen

no but my mom and brother have diabetes, not cause they were fat or anything its the other type that comes from genetics
