Latam hot women, easy lifestyle. Bad is dirty, dumb people, nothing works well.
Vietnamese like foreigners, but they are less crazy about foreigners or JBW than say China, Korea, Thailand.
Vietnam is like China was 10 or 15 years ago, but with better weather and no internet restrictions. The only con I can think of is the noise. You'll never be able to escape the sound of motorbikes and their horns. Oh, and the language. It's much harder to speak than Chinese, but easier to read.
Amen to that. They are so damn fine.
