Do you want MSE for wider palate or wider zygos? You could instead do jaw surgery with SARPE to get both forward advancement and wider palate, but SARPE doesn't touch the zygos.

You either have what it takes to ascend, or you don't. But you're coping with MSE. Not that MSE is useless, I myself am considering it to slightly boost my front profile. But I have a plan to get trimax. It takes more than MSE to make a meaningful impact on your SMV.
