Hey everyone, I’ve been researching ways to maximize my growth potential and overall development. I’ve been looking into a few things I might try in the future, including:
I am 15.5 (turning 16 in may)
bone age 1.75 years behind
Tanner stage 3
This is what i want to get
I’m still learning and planning, and I want to hear from people who’ve used these responsibly or have experience with similar protocols. I’m also curious about timing, stacking, and what to watch out for.
Would love any advice or insights—especially from those who have combined things safely or are tracking results over time.

L-Arginine 500–1000 mg per capsule (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
L-Lysine 500 mg per capsule (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
L-Tyrosine 500 mg per capsule (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
Bovine Colostrum 300–500 mg per capsule (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
L-Ornithine 500 mg per capsule (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
Gelatin + Glycine 500–1000 mg per capsule (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
Melatonin 0.5–3 mg per tablet
Rhodiola Rosea 250–500 mg per capsule (~3% rosavins) (havent started yet, will start in next 1-2 months)
Zinc 20–30 mg per capsule
Magnesium 200–400 mg per capsule
Vitamin D3 1000–2000 IU + K2 100 mcg per capsule
Ashwagandha 300–600 mg per capsule
