This is serious only if you wanna stay healthy here DNR if you just dont care.

I see a lot of guys talking about hopping on test like it’s no big deal. Before you do anything, here’s some basic stuff you should actually think about.

Why do you even want it?

Be honest with yourself:

Low energy?
Bad gym progress?
Low libido?
Or just want faster gains?

If you haven’t done bloodwork, you’re basically guessing. And guessing with hormones is dumb.

Get Bloodwork First

Before touching anything, check:

Total test
Free test
Estrogen (E2)
LH / FSH
Prolactin
Lipids (cholesterol)
Hematocrit

If you don’t know your baseline, you won’t know what you mess up.

What happens when you start?

Once you pin test:

Your natural production shuts down
Your body stops making its own
Fertility can drop
You might need long-term management

It’s not just “take it and stop whenever.” Your hormones don’t work like that.

Stuff people don’t talk about

Acne
Hair loss (if you’re prone)
High blood pressure
Worse cholesterol
Mood swings
Estrogen issues

Some of this you won’t even feel until it’s already a problem.

If you’re overweight and sleeping 5 hours a night, fix that first.

If you think you have low T, see a doctor and get tested properly.

I’m not telling anyone what to do, but hormones aren’t something to mess with casually. Think long term, not just next summer.
