Thinking about rhinoplasty, not sure what changes I should make

I’m considering getting a rhinoplasty soon, but I’m still not sure whether I should just have my nasal bones narrowed or consider making other changes as well. What do you guys think? I’d really appreciate hearing your opinions and experiences!
