it’s pretty late if ur doing it to get huge bone advancements. My friend did it at 16 and barely anything changed. His frame got a lil better but that could’ve js been from muscle and losing bodyfat on his collarbone.
tbh at17 you’d basically js be pinning for muscle gain rather than much else
