Thinking about selling my video game console

It's too easy to be a shut in when you play video games. Completely screws up your dopamine system. Your time is more valuable. Bought a PS5 because of the life situation I was in. There was no dopamine to be found in the real world. But too much video games is pure escapism. Bought it for a specific game that I always loved. But now that it's coming to PC, I think I may dip.
