Anything I should know before hopping on? I was thinking about using microneedling alongside tret for collagen boost.

0.5mm for micro-needling , and for tret if it’s your first time using a retinoid : first week use it twice , second week three times at night ofc and so on to build tolerance , use spf cause it’ll make your skin more sensitive . Now give solution

kinda but it’s not a bad thing , it makes it more sensitive cause it regenerates at a higher speed but that’s exactly what we want

So do I avoid applying it on my under eye area
Yeah it’s generally advised to avoid under eye area , i do it though cause my skin did not show any sign of irritation towards it

use spf 50 pa++++ sunscreen everyday
start slow like twice a week and slowly build up to everyday
only use a pea sized amount
avoid applying close to eyes mouth and around the nose

like this but you can apply onto nose just not around it
use a thick moisturiser like vanicream

I've been using tretinoin for months. The only thing it does is peel your skin and give you a gay glow.

If you have acne, switch to isotretinoin or GHK.CU, or if you want to use something topical, use tazarotene.

Honestly my skin is fine, I just want to increase my collagen then I'll hop off. My friends did get good clear skin and honestly I have very little breakouts here and there.

It's known for causing thin skin, if you apply it near your nose it'll look like you have a flat maxilla (you can search up many pics of tret transformations especially Asian ppl. It made their flat maxilla even more visible.) for eyes it'll cause hollowness

ghk-cu is the right answer, the purge of tretinoin is brutal man

i was talking about tret not sunscreen
you dont wanna put it next to nose and eyes because it causes a lot of irritation
