I’m saying that thinking too much will make you crazy. Having too much time to think is not what humans and living things in general are made to do. You’re made to actively be doing something, so you’re focused on the moment and not have your thoughts drift away.


If you spend too much time alone you start believing random and crazy shit (like saying nt/personality doesn’t matter) and convince yourself of crazy theories and delusions like many/most users here.




This is why people in prison/psych wards and shit like that go crazy, they have too much time to think. This is why incels are so weird. They don’t have friends or bitches so they’re out of tune with how to even sound normal when talking or normal when walking jfl




Having too much time to think allows you to come up with false explanations to the false theories your brain creates and then it becomes a solid fact (in your mind) and you’re willing to die on a hill to defend the crazy thought/theory you thought of. but to everyone else you’re schizo.

I have no friends, I barely talk with anyone irl with the exceptions of my mom, my grand parents and occasionally a Mexican coworker who barely speaks any English and I find myself thinking about the weirdest, most depressing things, constantly talking to myself to an unhealthy degree. You are indeed very right. I find myself stuck in a state of inertia, only able to think but unable to act. To think too much is a disease. I am stuck in my own reflective hyperconsciousness and as a result I am unable to do anything and thus I am characterless. I dont know how to become anything.
