Thinking of buying igf1-lr3 even tho my plates are closed (glucosamine aswell)

I’m 17, plates closed but want to buy about 1 months supply anyways. Is this just completely stupid or is there a .01% chance I may grow like half an inch. Also going to take glucosamine so does anyone have the dosesages for that? Ik it messes with your igf1 levels does that matter if my plates are fused? If anyone knows that would be great
