Ok bro you have low fwhr (me too) so let your hair grow that makes your midface look more compact and your face wider. You also have minimal acne so take accutane (I did too) preferably 20 mg so low dosage because you hardly have any pimples and if you are not satisfied with the result and have money then get Jaw implants to make your lower third wider.

All in all you look normal don't worry you are not ugly but not particularly good looking either but with my tips and especially with implants you could even look above average so the potential is definitely there.
