Been thinking lately if you truly view test as a PED you can benefit from the mental improvements that 200 mg would have over 125 mg. On 125 mg I feel like a natty in terms of strength sex drive aggression. My only concern is whether 200 mg would accelerate aging or negatively impact bloodwork. I think given I do cardio and keep diet clean it should be fine. Thoughts?

Testosterone is anti aging bro. Testosterone increases collagen synthesis because it increases IGF-1 production which in turns increases collagen production. Yeah 200 mg is fine. Taking 200 mg will just give you the levels our grandfathers had naturally as our grand fathers had 1500 ng/dl Testosterone that is 3 times more Testosterone than what men have these days.

Also bloodwork will be absolutely fine on 200 mg Testosterone

I agree with you. Why do people claim that test increases aging and affects collagen?

still can't understand, what are the benefits of trt apart from ''mood improvement''? Enlighten me brother.

I think I was hesitant to use it before because I heard it can cause acne/hairloss.

This is obviously if you have low T to begin with, but better erections, better sense of well being, better fat distribution, more muscle mass. These are at the top of my head.
TRT is gonna be beneficial for everyone at *some* point in their life, so it's rather a question of *when* and not *if*.

You might get some minor initial acne simply due to hormonal fluctuations upon starting, but once your blood levels are stabilized it's gonna go away. Not everyone gets this even though.
If you're prone to male pattern baldness, then increased testosterone which again means increased DHT will accelerate this yeah. Just take finasteride if you're prone to this.

Screw this then. I likely have low T due to my lifestyle, my erections are shit, my mood is shit but I can't risk fixing those so my acne returns and that my mature hairline turns into a shiny bowl

Just get bloods

its ok bro...inject 1000 mgs :Comfy:

I don't recommend 200 if you want to cycle, if you want to permanent trt then 200 is fine just maybe go donated blood once a year or so (Male test production is 5-10 mg a day so this is 3-6x that it should put you at 2000 ng/DL but of course everyone responds differently.)

Is 150 mg per week enough to make gains above a natty?

Absolutely, even if you dropped to 90 a week you would make gains, synthetic test mogs nattys so hard just based on the fact that your T levels are constant and don't fluctuate.

Didn't get much sleep last night as a natty? Enjoy feeling like shit with those destroyed T levels. Same thing with diet and exercising.

What's the purpose of donating blood? Also is 250 mg Test E a good starter cycle?

Increased red blood cell count from test, also I'd bump it up to 300 (I started with 350) and buy extra needles (start x2 injections a week first and if you start having high E2 increase injection frequency, unless you;re under 18 or have growth plates that are still open I wouldn't use an AI)

Bad bloodwork. Cholesterol, RBC etc
Idk bro my cholesterol is perfect. I never tested RBC levels but my hematocrit is still okay. And I take telmisartan for blood pressure (my blood pressure has always been high tho so it's good for me)

What do you think about TRT + some orals like Tbol or Anavar from time to time?

Yeah it's safe I cruise on 250 mg test a week.
