Thinning Eyebrows

My eyebrow density thinned over the years, especially the outer parts. Minoxidil, castor oil, peppermint oil don't work. I think it might have something to do with eyebrow skin fibrosis and inflammation since I have some temple recesion and flaky scalp. Does anyone know more about this?

yes, nearly 80% seemed worthless
got prescribed a tranny cream it literally made me lose it 50% faster i stopped that

coped my way through summer now its completely gone even if i apply minox on it
