Thinning Hair at 17?

My hair was always been thin but now my bangs are so thin and weird.
I was thinking about doing no shampoo since november only using an conditioner spray but idk.
Any tips how should I fix it?

So should I try to shampoo back? Like washing it once 1-2 week with shampoo?

I used to have that but I just took more showers and used after conditioner
And shampoo every 2-3 days
