does it mean that i have the ultimate subhuman physical condition ? i did a normal workout then 10min of cardio and after the cardio i felt so bad like i had nausea

Could be a food problem, don't push yourself too hard, there are no shortcuts to physical fitness, especially because you (at least should) want to make it a life-time commitment, so take your time.

Jfl u need a minimum of 2 hours at least before working out, ideally 5-7 hours works the best, unless its some fast carb like honey

I wait 30 min after a huge meal and pumping iron and I'm huge.

For lifting weights I don’t think it really matters.

But for cardio I’ll get indigestion if I don’t do it fasted so I just do cardio in the morning m first thing
