I've seen people with naturally shit hairlines. I have a friend who has what looks like a NW2.5 and I tried to hairpill him, but if you look at his yearbook photos from elementary school, he still has the same hairline.

Celts, Nords, and Slavs tend to have shitty hairlines from what I've seen. Meds usually have square shaped NW0 hairlines.
