This angular jaw implant would fit on me ?

pretty wide zygo, narrow jaw, thick skin

i know i'll never be a model, but i'm looking to have the best angular jaw possible.
What do you think ? surgeron told me it's going to be weird and spiky..

but all implants i see on looksmax are pretty angular, so what do you think

you should find a new surgeon. thats not acceptable for him to not tell you how the results will be like.

he told me no one care know 100% soft tissues reaction.

But man im exepecting at least 90% final results

Nah. Would just look round with no definition.

Yes. You can get vertical as well as horizontal advancement.
