To some extent this is right. Coming from someone who’s Gen-Z.
Some of us got a savior complex.
We feel too often as if our generation go the short end of the stick meanwhile every generation had to deal with some bullshit.
We feel as though we’re the only generation that’ll be capable of saving the earth from climate change. But as far as I can see the average gen. z isn’t willing to do what it takes (so we’re not different from those who came before us).
In particular I cringe whenever someone says “I’m tired of living through once in a lifetime events” as if no generation before us consistently had crazy shit happen in their lifetime…
