Not really. I have read lots of Manga and the incel always gets all the girls around him. Nothing really blackpilled about it.

Korean webtoons on the other hand are extremly blackpilled.

Especially the one called "Lookism", which is about a fat manlet incel, who suddenly can change his body to one of a gigachad. Then he changes school and sees how different live is.

This webtoon even references shit like the "just get a haircut bro" meme and elevetar shoes, so def a blackpilled author. Worth a read (the story overall is good if you are intersted in manga):

“Ribs Woman” where girls go around getting their ribs removed for smaller waists.
