my skin is good right now, but it needs to be perfect

it looks like a fucking hindi dot

ive never struggled with acne before this coming up is fucking terrible, i noticed it was redder than usual a little bit ago but i woke up and now its so apparent.

it could be from a lack of sleep so ill have to stop rotting so late into the night on here and actually get a full 8 hours every night. i need to fully optimize myself.

no woman is gonna go near me with this fucking temporary failo

im not even sure its a pimple its like under the skin and doesnt really pop outward like they usually do, should i see a dermatologist if tgis doesnt resolve?
