best bet would be to start hgh (to speed up the growth your going to get) won't close plates tho, and it should also give you extra height on top of that.

almost nothing (diabetes, but take berberine and get your blood tests, you won't get it unless your on hgh or it runs in your family, so check that out.) hunger, bloat (not always) and other mild affects, nothing crazy because it's not powerful.

Whatβs your take on whether I should use it or not. My dadβs 5β9 but heβs been a chain smoker since he was in his early teens. All my uncles, cousins, etc are really tall 6β+. I know height is polygenetic, also late blooming runs in the family on my dads side.
