That plus MMA is a superior sport to boxing to start with. Kimbo Slice looked like a Giga Ogre in his street boxing videos. First fight in MMA- a skinny REAL fighter smashed him into the ground, coulda killed him if he wanted to.

boxing/dutch kickboxing is supreme to grappling-heavy/mma in street fights hands down. going to the ground is only optimal in a 1on1 scenario, otherwise some dudes friend is stomping on your head while you go for the kimura.

Since the thread is about Khabib and some other boxers, who are sportsmen, I dont see how street fights are relevant.

Other than that, when you get outnumbered, youll get fucked up reguardless of what technique youre using, if the others are somewhat experienced in fighting, unless youre some boxing beast like the dude in op.

Other than that, Id say that MMA is still better for street fights than boxing because you train a shit ton of stand up techniques, like spinning punch, hit ppl with legs etc. that boxers dont do and youre more trained to avoid punches, because the hits are harder with MMA gloves, so you train to avoid them better. Boxers just stand in front of each other like ogres most of the time and punch each other with huge soft gloves.
MMA is all about beeing elusive and quick, hit with precise shots, and avoid every hit from the enemy, because every hit can be the last one before ko.
