This chronic back pain is starting to piss me off

For like a year I've had some sort of back pain
Recently it's been focused on the right side, at the very bottom of the back/just above my ass. Like a sharpish pain/tightness, which gets worse when bending

Also, for the last few days I've had like a nerve pain in the centre, again right at the bottom of the back. When I bend to the left I get a shooting nerve pain

And I keep waking up with pain. It's the whole day. It sucks

You might have scoliosis like I did. Bro catch it early else you’ll have to get a surgery like me

Ye I think I do, but based on bend test and my body, I'm guessing it's no more than 30 degrees

Also I'm fully grown so timing isn't that important. I did get a referral for my back 8 months ago but cos it's low priority I'm still waiting
