Androgen insensitivity syndrome. Usually severe cases mean you do not develop any male sexual characteristics but milder cases look like a typical male with a few issues:

Poor muscle building
Small penis
Small balls
Low hair volume around your eyebrows, facial hair, chest hair ect
Small frame, jaw ect.

Blood tests would usually show high-normal test ( above 800ng/dl) but high LH which should be down at those levels.
