I did a vitamin D blood test and it came out as 18.85 ngl/mL
And they wrote it (Lab) that being below 20 ng/mL is a deficiency... but the DR said its okay no need to do anything about it????? this was 3 months ago... and I read somewhere here that the optimal is 75 ng/mL out of 150 ng/mL
NO WONDER WHY MY HAIR QUALITY IS SHIT AND MY BONES ARE DISAPPERAING :feelswah:

True af tbh... Should I supplement D3 by myself? or a dr visit is a must?
I think I might look into D3 + K2 but idk about dosing

yes supplement it. I usually do 100k U.I. intramuscolar every month

100k monthly, like how much daily? and is it D3 alone or + K2?
i take monthly because it is injectable and i am lazy. When i remember i also supplement K2 (oral) but don't know about the dosage jfl i take like 2-3 pills (200 μg each) almost every other day.

just eat high-fat foods with vit d3 because it is fat-soluble
