This dudes 12mm genioplasty advancement [PURE ASCENSION / PICS]

He originally had a 7mm medpor implant but later wanted more projection so sought a genioplasty through eppley.

This is 12mm of advancement and the results are godly.

I have to say, having so many issues and complications with silicone and the bullshit surgeons over here, I'm slowly moving towards genioplasty.

This result is nothing short of godlike.

The result is pretty good but he should've gotten DJS instead imo. His mandible was too recessed so the end result looks a bit dodgy. Still a thousand times better than before tho.

His case used to be only a tad bit worse than mine back in 2018.

It looks much better now (due to mewing, and natural, lifelong mandibular length growth) but still a far cry from optimal.

implants tend to eat the bone its attached to. better to do osteomonies than have large foreign items in your face.

True... he does look way better from only one surgery although to get max results should have gone for DJS. But still his lower third looks good enough now to the point where it isn't holding him back.
