aristotle would hate marx philosophy in general
Well it's a Hegelian concept but Marx was heavily influenced by Hegel, he considered Hegel was right but saw it upside down, so materialism instead idealism

Well yes but the master-slave dialectic was something Hegel proposed regardless of the origin of dialectics which in this case also follows the Hegelian dialectics of transformation. I don't know much about Heraclitus and it could easily come from that but it's a thing in its own.
