aristotle would hate marx philosophy in general
Well it's a Hegelian concept but Marx was heavily influenced by Hegel, he considered Hegel was right but saw it upside down, so materialism instead idealism

dialectic comes from heraclitus not hegel
marxists are leftist hegelians. i've never read hegel though but i know what he is about

Well yes but the master-slave dialectic was something Hegel proposed regardless of the origin of dialectics which in this case also follows the Hegelian dialectics of transformation. I don't know much about Heraclitus and it could easily come from that but it's a thing in its own.
