I'm 21 and on here since a loot of time (if we count lookism)

Guys don't try to look handsome.

Try to look DOMINANT.

You won't change your bones so if you're less than 5/10 it's over.

If you're like a normie 6/10, try to look dominant, I mean :

- Grow a fucking beard and style it plus a haircut that goes with it
- Go to the gym (don't try to look BIG, you need to be fit with some mass obviously but not Bradley Martyn like)

Don't think it will make you look 'ogre' it will only make you look 'ogre' if you was already ugly asf (zero bones at all) or you're autistic.

I live in France and I see what yall call 'HTN/chadlites' get cucked on by 6/10 guys who are just TALL, RIPPED, BEARD (or goatee) + looking dominant.

Big nose, scars, etc = GOOD.

Did you ever see a really good looking girl (not some skinny mannequin) sexually flirting with a short really skinny guy with no beard and zero biceps? Do you think she would rather fuck LACHOWSKI or a tall, ripped, beard/goatee guy with a scar under his eye and a deep voice?

Just train daily doing basic stuff like running or street workout doing pull up and push ups. Testo will go up. You will have better definition.

Working out lowers test actually. I would rather have basic muscle definition and look slim. Trying to make up for a shit frame and height by getting jacked looks extremely stupid. Im not saying that you should be extremly skinny . Have a basic amount of muscle and definition/leanness and the rest has to be carried by the frame and muscle insertions.
