Depends on your definition of compliment and who's complimenting you.
If you're young with good skin and hair(most young people) and you go to retirement homes or hospitals full of grannies, you'll get complimented on your hair or general youthful look even if you are a mtn or something.
If you're really tall, like 6'5+ or something, you'll get compliments on your height even if you have a sub5 face and you're fat.
Your mother and older female relatives also can compliment you.
Doesn't mean you're a Chad and every girl wants to fuck you.
