most people who i know 1.5 year ago did the same thing focused on work school thoguht they will get the surgeries later but coming down the path they all just forgot about it

How are you making money?

Investments & making use of benefits the government provides. In a few months, I’ll be paid free money just to stay in school, most of which will get re-invested.

Crypto, also, but taking its volatility and my lack of extensive knowledge on it into account it’ll hold a rather minor position in my portfolio, at least right now. Also trying to learn a lot about trading and how to regularly make gains, so I watch YT vids, read books, articles etc...

I also have my job in which I’m working more hours.

Achieving significant passive income & having several income sources would be ideal but those things require time, so they’ll come later.
