I‘ll start starving myself again soon so I get to a lower body fat percentage like in the past or maybe I will actually go to the gym instead but it‘s more time spent I want to spend on other things.

Not sure about the job thing yet but maybe I will be forced to get one soon. Only thing I‘d really need is a rhinoplasty in my opinion and maybe stuff like fat grafting against dark under eye circles but both of them aren‘t that huge of a problem. Since I‘m tall still look pretty boyish.

I guess offering him to make an ad for social media could work but you need followers first and you‘d want it to be hidden anyway. If you make an ad and let‘s assume he agrees to do it for free or less money you‘d still let everyone know you got a surgery instead of being able to hide it and keep it a secret.

It depends how old the surgeon is, anything above 35 is gonna be hard, if hes younger than 35 you can just be buddy with him u can find a surgeon through instagram, facebook, linkedin etc and you wont get botched in turkey rhinoplasty isnt very risky u can just wageslave for 6 months and just rhino for 8k
