Let's distinguish between having a personality and low inhibitions.

Women don't give a flying fuck about your actual personality. They don't give a flying fuck about your interests.

If a woman is attracted to your FACE, unless she is confident + terra-extroverted, or extremely attracted ((i.e. you are a legitimate chad - top 5%) she won't make an approach . All that matters is having low inhibitions. This is why so-called "mental-cels" exist. They are too shy or anxious to approach women, even if they pass her looks threshold. The only way personality helps with getting laid is indirectly because of certain personality predispositions ( i.e. high in openness, high in extroversion) expose you to more social events. At these social events, a normie meets significantly more women than some aspie-basement dweller. Through probability and numbers, he finds some desperate hog to form an intimate connection with. Ofc, the relationship dynamics are changing now though... (online will eventually converge to 100% of relationships), and women are becoming more closed off to potential suitors irl. The point still stands that in 2022, normies can get LTR through exposure to women... and being extroverted gives you significantly more exposure than being closed off, shy or reserved.
