Constantly being self conscious and doomscrolling offtopic suifuel threads from @XtrovertNTnormalfag @forevergymcelling @averagejoe etc or even worse reading threads/posts about normies enjoying life and ascending or even worse those fucking 15 year old millionaires on moneymaxxing section isn't going to help you.
