I don't think i ever seriously looksmaxed.. I do some obvious stuff like good hygiene, gymcelling, being lean.. but other than that i never really cared and let my genetics carry me..

I've been rated by some last month and by many when i first joined, never anything negative, but i'm far from being satisfied with my looks. I usually think i am very disgusting, i haven't even sent my girlfriend a selfie in over 4 months.

When people say it's mostly genetics they aren't lying.. there isn't much things you can do except surgery.

There's the basic stuff, sure.. drink more water, workout, be healthy, that's all great for long-term health and looks anyway. But it's not gonna change anything significantly.
