There isn't much you can actually do to looksmax though unless you want to get surgery which is called hardmaxxing. There is tons of softmaxxing you can do like beard, hair, teeth, physique. If you really want to "ascend" then I first suggest you read a sex appeal maxing guide. I think @Kingkellz made a great one.
