The Retarded Idea that Powerlifting Is an Incel/Manlet Trait Must End. Squatting and deadlifting aren’t incel or manlet exercises.
I go to the gym and see big, tall, jacked guys squat and deadlift big numbers while sub-5s squat and deadlift light weights. To my right, Tyrone deadlifts 4 plates for reps. To my left, Chad squats 3 plates for reps. In front of me, a sub-5 guy does curls and lateral raises with 10-lb dumbbells. What I see at the gym is the opposite of what this forum says is the case. The sub-5s do bro exercises with light weights whereas the jacked moggers lift heavy and train their lower bodies too.
I have never seen IRL an ugly incel-looking manlet dude deadlift or squat 400+ pounds. This forum seems to think that gyms are full of these guys.
Never seen one such guy in my life. But I do see tall, jacked, and lean moggers (especially Tyrones) lift these numbers and near these numbers.
The PSL ideas that most of the guys who do heavy barbell lifts in the gym are sub-5s/manlets and that most HTN+ guys don’t train their legs don’t line up with my observations whatsoever. Nonetheless, take this post with a grain of salt because my sample can be biased and other gym might indeed be full of manlet sub-5 powerlifters.

Incels will have 15 inch arms, a horrible bench press, can't do 10 pull-ups, but then smirk and go "heh, stupid Chads curling and benching... look at my 495 deadlift and 405 squat" which are low-hanging fruit.
