when it comes to food, keep it simple, depending on your physique goals
- calories in, calories out
- high protein diet proportionate to your weight

It's not that complicated: vegetables with few anti-nutrients such as arugula or cauliflower, fruits with little sugar such as berries or avocado, avoiding cereals and eating lots of animal foods.

cholesterol is a lie fabricated by the sugar industries. there are countless studies and well explained YouTube videos on this. There are 2 types of Cholesterol and eggs has mostly good ones. Raw eggs are one of the most nutritious foods.
Raw Milk is super healthy.
Meat is only carcinogenic when cooked. Raw meat is super healthy, including organ meats for all vitamins.

That's pretty much all you need.

the fiber in them keeps your insuline from spiking and it's natural healthy sugar
jfl at eating only berries or avocado when bananas are possibly the best food a looksmaxer can eat for debloating your face if it's completely boneless
