Long story short, I have venous leak (condition without real cure) and went to this shockwave therapy clinic run by this bald cuck, he spent more time trying to convince me to get off of finasteride than to shill me his shockwave treatment (which doesn't work in most cases, in other cases it destroys your penis completely and in others only works temporarily), what the cuck doesn't understand is that balding is a bigger cause of erectile disfunction than any kind of penile illness (unless you are aiming at +60 putrid hags how he must be doing jfl), he also charges 600 usd per shockwave session in a third world shithole where the average wage is 200 usd a month, meanwhile in the us shockwave goes for like 350 usd per session and only the most expensive places charge 600 usd but since this is one of the only 2 places in the entire "country" offering this service he can charge whatever he wants, I pretty much lowkey told him that I wasn't going to get off of finasteride all while caging to my insides at his scalp.

I've been using it for many years and I've never had a problem besides the first week of use where I struggled to get erections. I was happy after my hairloss reversed. I would probably be coping bluepill soy with no hair today. Gives me shivers just thinking about that life I narrowly dodged.
This is a guess but it seems like you wont get side affects if you have at least a little dimorphism meaning not super low T levels, but I don't know. From my head it's 2% of users get side affects.
