This dude fucked his skin up with the sun. Only 22 but looks 27-28. Sun damage is accumulative so just think when he hits mid 20s in 2 years he’ll be looking 32. Holy shit

his skin is sagging like crazy for 22. Deep nasolfolds, under eye hollows etc

Notice how he has god tier maxilla and bones but his skin still sags from the collagen and elastin loss from the sun

Even estimate age ai app (highly accurate)guesses him at 27-30. And I even used the most flattering screenshots of him

Judging by his username "Indigenous Swiss" I get the impression he has read Weston Price and as such understands the human place in nature, our appropriate diet and our appropriate lifestyle. His skin looks fine and will likely stay fine if he stays true to nature. It's very difficult to reject modernism when we are surrounded by marketing and propaganda, just look at all the people on here doing unpaid propaganda for Neutrogena.

Smoking is very bad for your skin
One study I found said the negative effects of smoking on your skin might be as bad as excess sun exposure

His skin isn’t fine for being 22 lmao. If he was 30 then it would be fine but he’s only 22

Dude actually used to be a pretty boy

Sun fuked him up. His bones were recessed back 2-3 years ago but his collagen and elastin were way better

can you explain it?
Stop consuming vegetable oils made up of poly unsaturated fatty acids. So this includes all fried foods, most cooking oils and almost all processed foods.

Are you serious? He looks much better now.
Maybe bone wise. but collagen and elastin wise his skin went to shit

that said 2018 he looked his best.

Solar elastosis. PUFA oxidises when you‘re exposed to the sun so get more anti-oxidants in your diet. If you get sunburnt easily instead of tanning then that’s a sign of high PUFA

You don’t have to have a sunburn to have sun damage just lmao. Avoiding Pufa fats won’t stop sun damage and it def won’t stop sun damage accumulation over time

just cause avoiding pufa helps doesn’t mean it stops sun damage in its tracks

I didn’t say sunburn = sun damage

Its not a question of whether it’ll stop sun damage or not, would you not want to maximise your chances of saving your skin quality? Taking every precaution necessary will give you the best chances

@Jerryterry129 @AcneScars so pretty much use sun screen and don't go outside as much and clean up my diet, no junk food, no takeaway and stop using cooking oils? ngl stop using cooking oils and processed food will be pretty hard i think i could stop using cooking oils but nearly all food is processed these days

would cutting down to a low amount be enough or would i have to 100% eliminate it? eliminating it 100% seems a little extreme like how can we eat with processed foods lmao so much of it

just take vitamin d supplements if you want vitamin d, not worth destroying your skin for it.

Just lower PUFAs and increase antioxidants.

You won’t burn easily once your diet is cleaned up I can personally tell you this. My skin used to get burnt easily too but now I get most of my fats from dairy and my skin doesn’t burn that quickly anymore. Read this if you want to

This paragraph offers different conclusions to the regularly understood effects of PUFAs but interesting to read nonetheless
Lipids are an important part of the skin and are closely related to skin epidermal barrier function, membrane structure, internal environment balance, and damage repair. Skin aging is accompanied by a decrease in fat content, mainly due to a decrease in the ability of cells within the skin to synthesize and secrete fat [123]. Besides, the amount of dietary fat intake is closely related to the lipid composition of the body and skin tissues, and insufficient intake of essential fatty acids or abnormal fat metabolism leads to serious skin diseases [86,124]. Omega-3 and omega-6 polyunsaturated fatty acids play an important role as human skin barriers, and also have certain effects in the prevention and treatment of skin inflammation [104]. Oral olive oil can reduce skin aging induced by chronic psychological stress by acting on the NF-B NRF2 pathway in mice [125] (Table 2). Oral 7-MEGATM 500 (a product containing more than 50% palmitoleic acid containing fish oil, omega-7) has been shown to relieve UV-B and H2O2-induced skin oxidative stress, inflammation, aging, and promotes skin regeneration in mice [126,127]. The fatty acids extracted from W. somnifera seeds have good anti-inflammatory effects and exert an enhanced effect on psoriasis by reducing the release of pro-inflammatory factors (TNF-α and IL–6) [128]. The fermented fish oil protects skin aging by inhibiting PM2.5-induced ROS, MMP-s, and blocking the mitogen-activated protein kinase/activator protein 1 (MAPK/AP–1) pathway [129]. The effect of dietary and in vitro topical fatty acids on skin aging has been reviewed in detail by Wang and Wu [130].

Your takeaway here should be to consume PUFAs in their normal amounts and not go either side of the RDI

Just minimize exposure of your face and get vit d from sun on your body. Taking pill instead of getting vit d from sun is retarded.

Pretty much yeah. There’s a separate section in the study that gives you the detailed analysis on what prevents aging and what accelerates it

Yeah but we are too poisoned already, will take years to get rid of that. Hot baths are good to get rid of accumulated vegetable oils.

I was watching Dr Dray on YouTube and she's a dermatologist. She said we just need few seconds/minutes of sun to produce vitamin d. Excess would be overkill.

This is very true that sun ages you like shit that's why so many burqa maxxed arab foids have good skin

Nasofolds are caused by maxillary problems or sinking fat pads from the under eye region.

And he’s fucking retarded because look at his face

he literally looks almost 30. The sun damaged his elastin and collagen causing his face to sag lmao.
The guys oblivious/blind af

he’s going to turn into Jeremy fragrance if he hasn’t already (another sun user who fucked his face from tanning) notice how they both are sagging in the same places. Looks very similar
